Special discounts are available for long-term customers, with the discount amount varying by product brand and total purchase value. For first-time purchases, special pricing or quotations are only provided for projects exceeding EUR 5,000.
Q: Can I order an “On Backorder” product?
A: An “On Backorder” product means that the item is currently out of stock but is expected to be restocked in the future. You can still place an order for these products, and we will ship them to you once they become available. We do not require payment for preordered products until they arrive at our warehouse.

A: We accept bank transfers and credit card payments. Credit card payments may incur a surcharge. If any additional fees apply, you will always be informed about it before completing your payment.

A: You can see both VAT-inclusive and VAT-exclusive prices on store. The standard VAT rate of the delivery country will be applied to your order.
Q: Can you provide delivery without VAT for EU VAT payers?
A: Yes, if you are a VAT-registered business within the EU (but outside of Latvia), you can receive delivery without VAT. During checkout, simply enter your VAT number, and VAT will be excluded from your order. Please ensure your VAT number is in the correct format, including the country code (e.g., EE123456789). We will validate your VAT number using the VIES VAT number validation system. You will be responsible for paying VAT in your home country.

Q: Is my order safe during delivery?
A: To provide you with the best service, we carefully pack all goods to prevent damage during shipment. All parcels are insured, with coverage of up to €500 at no extra cost once the goods are handed to the carrier. For higher-value items, additional insurance can be purchased at checkout for extra protection.
Q: How do I report transport damage?
A: Kindly inspect the package upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, report it to the courier and inform us immediately.
Q: How long will delivery take for “On Backorder” products?
A: Delivery times for “On Backorder” products typically range from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on when the supplier restocks the item. For new or high-demand products, delivery may take longer, sometimes several months. Please note that the delivery schedule is subject to change without prior notice due to manufacturer delays.

A: Consumers (individual, non-business customers) have the right to cancel their order within 14 days without providing any reason.

A: To exercise your right to cancel , please contact us, and follow the provided instructions to return the product. Consumers are responsible for return shipping cost.

A: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes, most of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, typically covering defects for 1-3 years depending on the item.
Q: How do I claim warranty service?
A: Please review the warranty terms provided by the manufacturer. Some products can be sent directly to the manufacturer’s service center, while others need to be returned to us for repair or replacement.
Before returning the product, please complete the RMA application. Once approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the faulty device.
Q: Who is responsible for the shipping costs for warranty returns?
A: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning the faulty product to us. However, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.
